Happy Year of the Snake!
The Lunar New Year celebration at ¶àÈËÄÚÉä will happen on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Join us at the ¶àÈËÄÚÉä Downtown (Atrium) campus for spring rolls, fortune cookies, games, and red pockets. There will be a lion dance performance at the ¶àÈËÄÚÉä Downtown campus at noon. Activities will also be held at the Broadway campus on Wednesday, Jan. 29.
The Lunar New Year marks the first new moon of the lunisolar calendars traditional to many East Asian countries, including China, Vietnam, and South Korea. This is one of the most important holidays for members of many East Asian communities.
We invite everyone to take this opportunity to learn more about the rich culture and heritage of Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean communities and their significant contributions to our society.
